How Did We Do in 2019?

RE/MAX 24/7 had a record year. With a total sales volume of $53 million we grew 46% over the previous year.

Our agents earned $1,631,000 in gross commissions. Not bad for our tiny boutique office of only 10 agents. In average, each of them made $160,000 last year.

As part of the first mastermind we set new goals for 2020. Agents put their volume and transaction goals on the white-board for everyone to see – that creates accountability and fosters commitment.

Lead Sources of a Top Producer

At the end of the year I always analyze my wife Susanne‘s sales business to better understand where leads are coming from. We share details with our agents to help them get ready for business planning.

There was a spike in previous clients selling their homes.

Online leads generated from the Chime platform are still very cost effective at $12 per lead. They convert at a rate of 1.2%.

Geographic farming produced good results in the first half of the year. The overall share of farming leads decreased. The conversion rate is roughly 25%.
