What Working Out and Prospecting Have in Common

Do you know the best way to build the habit of working out? It’s to put your gym clothes next to your bed the night before you want to exercise. Laying out your gear in advance makes it more likely you’ll put it on when you wake up. And, amazing as it sounds, just dressing in gym clothes increases the odds you’ll actually work out.

In other words, creating the right environment in advance is key.
