It can be tricky at times trying to figure out our clients situation or what their idea of a home buying or selling process should be like. But you have to cater to their every need while also giving them the comfortability through your confidence as a professional real estate agent to guide them through the process. Even one hiccup could cause you to lose a client and even more future referral business.
