Sally Forster Jones

We know all too well about the buying and selling process and understand that in order to be the best in the industry, you need to put your client first. If you can step into their shoes during the process and guide them though the sale/purchase while comforting, answering questions, updating them on offers, new listings, tax laws, etc, your clients will surely feel like their sale/purchase was a breeze and that it was made possible by you.
Even during closing delays and other mishaps, if you remain empathetic and communicate to your clients, and understand that this is one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives and can give them advice and analogies that will keep them from running for the hills then you will be well in your way to becoming a successful top-producing agent.
