When you are in a situation with a client and they seem to not be taking you seriously or your suggestions seriously, hut them with this one liners and it will surely put them on their toes. They should know as your clients that your mean business and that getting down to the point is of the utmost importance.
Let your sellers know that you have the expertise to sell their home for top dollar and here’s how to do it. Often sellers think they are the ones driving the car to the contract and closing, but in actuality, it’s the realtor who is the driver and the clients, the passengers.
Take ahold of the wheel and elaborate to your passengers(clients) that this is the direction we need to go if you want to end up here (at or above list price sale).
