Most of the clients or potential leads you have are usually 6-12 months out of moving into a home. This gives a lot of room for disconnection between you and your lead, which could ultimately make them go with another agent. It’s quintessential to stay in front of your clients whether it be a phone call or text, email, newsletter, postcard, video, posts, blogging, or even stopping by to drop off a gift. Regardless of the amount of potential leads you have, if you do not keep them “warm” they will find another agent.
