The real estate industry is forever changing and implementing new processes/laws/regulations. It can be overwhelming at times for realtors because there is so much you need to keep on top of, however, doing so will best prepare you for whatever your client throws at you. If you can inform them of new tax laws, how to deduct mortgage interest, explain to them the current status of the housing market, or some other resourceful information, your clients will inturn, trust you and refer you to their peers who may be in a similar situation. So go to those CE classes, learn the new changing laws that will impact your clients, learn new ways to promote and market their listings, and build your designations list to validate your credibility! Go be the best you can be!
