“No days off” is the literal mentality and life of a realtor, we have to work weekends, nights and sometimes even holidays! 10+ hour work days, dealing with the craziest of clients and scenarios, it can feel never-ending at times. But there is a silver lining when you build the right process and you organize your business in a way that will help the client in every way, this will ultimately make your job so much easier. There will always be open houses and showings on the weekend because our clients free time usually falls during ours, which we then have to give up if we want to run a successful business. If the client can understand the realtors situation, as well as, the realtor knowing the clients situation, then communication and the process will become smoother overtime with experience and previous clients.
