We know that humans jump to conclusions and often make decisions subconsciously so quick that their brains don’t even fully understand the situation before their decision has been made.
This is why it’s important to step into your clients shoes. Go by yourself first to the house they want to see. Take the 8 second walk, see what they will see, envision how they will react in those first moments. Does anything standout that would make them instantly decide to take it or leave it?
Never forget that as realtors, we are in a service-based industry and your client is your number one priority. If you make their experience painless, comforting, quick, profitable and keep communication. I have no doubt in my mind that you will one day become the top producing realtor at your brokerage and have a killer referral business!
