Here’s an agent who created a series of videos on Net Zero Homes. That’s homes which don’t need any external energy.
Sustainability and green building are gaining in popularity. Only a few agents are GREEN certified and specialize in this niche.
3. Finding a Remote Refuge
The Black Rifle Real Estate Company discovered a unique niche that speaks to people who are tired of sanctuary city policies. They offer relocation services to rural Idaho and Montana.
