You probably heard about the “Stay-at-Home” order our Governor issued yesterday. Fortunately, real estate services are considered essential. So, we got an exemption.

While we keep selling homes, we need to become role models!

Follow social distancing guidelines: no open houses, no overlapping showings, implement safety rules to keep the virus from spreading!

3 Simple Marketing Tips

The housing market will certainly suffer in the coming months. What can you do while people are forced to stay home?

Here are 3 simple suggestions:

1. Call All Your Current Clients and Leads. Tell them about the Stay-at-Home order and that it does not apply to Realtors. Tell them that you are available if they need you and offer your help.

2. Run Facebook Ads to promote your listings and to brand yourself. Facebook ads are cheap. With many people forced to stay home, they spend more time on Facebook than ever. This is the perfect opportunity to get in front of them and offer your help.

3. Take Time to Learn. In a normal market you would be busy showing houses. Now you are stuck at home. You may have a little more time to listen to podcasts, learn from videos or take an online course. Use this time to create a 3-month business plan to make it through the crisis.
