The realtors who are truly successful and top producers are the ones who think of their client and their client’s needs first. They don’t think about the commission or the potential business they could get through working with others. The realtors who put their client first, understand the entire buying and selling process and go above and beyond to make their clients comfortable, are the agents who go on to become the figurehead of real estate success.
When you use your passion through your work and keep your clients happy and up-to-date, once you help them, they will inevitably help you. People will not remember what you did for them, but they will remember how you treated them. Treat each client like they are the kings & queens of the show, find them their castle and later on down the line, they more than likely will refer their peers to you.
